Maricann Inc. (“Maricann”) Privacy Policy was created to ensure we preserve the confidentiality, accuracy and security of your personal information. Maricann associates sign an acknowledgement and undertaking which requires them to keep your personal information confidential and comply with our security standards.
Maricann keeps your information for as long as necessary and in order to service you better.
You can withdraw your consent for the use of your personal information at any time, subject to legal restrictions and upon reasonable notice to Maricann. There is no cost for reasonable requests, unless you require copies of records. Maricann advises you of the cost, if any, prior to copying those records.

You may access your personal information that we have on record in order to ensure it is accurate by submitting a written request to us.
Maricann has established a Privacy Office and has appointed a designated privacy officer to ensure that everyone at Maricann complies with our Privacy Policy. Maricann investigates and responds to any questions, complaints or requests for information you may have.
